Returns & Refunds Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To start a return, you can contact us at orastudioae@gmail.com.

If your return request is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is defective or incorrect

 

Handmade Craftsmanship

Our pieces are carefully handcrafted by artisans using natural materials. Because each item is made entirely by hand, variations in size, color, texture, or weaving may occur.

These small variations are part of the authentic character and uniqueness of handmade craftsmanship and should not be considered defects.

Because we work with natural raffia and artisanal techniques, minor irregularities or subtle differences between pieces may occur. These variations contribute to the individuality of each item and are part of the beauty of handmade products.

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please note that natural variations related to handmade production or natural materials are not considered defects.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or not.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
